Se prohíbe a los particulares ingresar con armas a las instalaciones que albergan los Poderes del Estado, las instituciones públicas, de salud y educativas. Igualmente, se les prohíbe presentarse armados en manifestaciones o asambleas públicas donde puedan existir intereses opuestos.

Article 51. Firearm Carrying in State Institutions

Individuals are forbidden to carry arms in State facilities, public institutions, health and educational institutions. Similarly, it is forbidden to carry arms during demonstrations or public meetings where there may be conflicting interests.
