Artículo 29. Informes Mensuales

Los fabricantes tienen la obligación de realizar informes mensuales a la DIGECAM, sobre sus actividades, en los cuales se detalle el número de armas y municiones fabricadas, así como las transacciones efectuadas, los cuales deberá de remitir a la DIGECAM dentro de los primeros cinco (5) días del mes. En el caso de incumplimiento de este precepto, la DIGECAM impondrá una sanción a la empresa o fabricante, de conformidad con el Reglamento de esta Ley.

Article 29. Monthly Reports

Manufacturers are required to send monthly reports on their activities to the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control, which must list the number of arms and ammunition manufactured and transactions completed. The report must be sent to the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control within the first five days of the month. If this requirement in not fullfiled, the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control will impose a penalty on the company or manufacturer in accordance with the regulations of this Law
