Act No. 66-03 of January 18, 1966, concerning the general rules governing firearms and ammunition
Article 1: The manufacture, import, export, trade, stockpiling, transfer, acquisition, possession, transportation and carrying of firearms and their ammunition, spare parts and specialized equipment that can be used in their manufacture are prohibited except in cases and under conditions determined by this law.
