Loi 66-03 du 18 janvier 1966, relative au régime général des armes et munitions

Article 9: Tout individu qui, pour son propre compte, ou pour celui d'une entreprise aura importé, exporté, fait le commerce, la cession ou le transport ou l'entreposage d'une ou plusieurs armes, munitions ou pièces détachées des cinq premières catégories sans l'autorisation ou hors de contrôle administratif, sera puni des peines prévues à l'article 8 ci-dessus.

Les mêmes peines seront applicables aux individus qui auront fabriqué, importé, exporté, cédé, fait le commerce, l'entreposage ou le transport d'une ou plusieurs armes de la sixième catégorie.

Article 10: Dans tous les cas prévus aux articles 7 à 9 ci-dessus, le tribunal ordonnera la confiscation des armes, munitions ou pièces détachées.

La tentative de fabrication, d'importation, d'exportation, de commerce, de cession, de transport et d'entreposage sera punie de la même peine que le délit consommé.

Tous les délits prévus par la présente loi sont considérés comme étant au point de vue de la récidive un même délit.

Act No. 66-03 of January 18, 1966, concerning the general rules governing firearms and ammunition

Article 9: Anyone who, on his or her own behalf or on behalf of a company, imports, exports, trades in, transfers, transports or stockpiles one or more of the firearms, rounds of ammunition or spare parts belonging to the first five categories, without authorisation or outside administrative control, shall be subject to the penalties established in article 8 above.

The same penalties shall apply to anyone who produces, imports, exports, transfers, trades in, stockpiles or transports one or more of the firearms belonging to the sixth category.

Article 10: In all the cases set forth in articles 7 to 9 above, the court shall order the confiscation of such firearms, ammunition or spare parts.

Attempted production, importation, exportation, sale, transfer, transport or stockpiling shall be punished in the same way as offences actually perpetrated.

The repetition of any of the offences enumerated in the present Act shall be considered as the whole offence.
