1.1. Au niveau national: il a été institué au Tchad les structures suivantes en vue de la lutte contre la prolifération et la circulation illicite des armes à feu de tout calibre et de tout type d'utilisation. Ces structures sont:
– La Commission nationale de désarmement;
– Le Comité de sécurité pour la ville de N'Djaména;
– Les comités préfectoraux de sécurité dans les départements administratifs;
– Les sous-comités de sécurité dans la ville de N'Djaména, les arrondissements urbains et les entités administratives élémentaires.

1.1 At the national level: the following structures were established in Chad for combating proliferation and illicit movement of firearms of any calibre and for any type of use. These structures are:
- The National Commission for Disarmament;
- The Security Committee for the city of N'Djamena;
- The Préfectoraux Committees for security in administrative departments;
- The sub-committee for security for the city of N'Djamena, urban districts and elementary administrative entities.
