i) Please describe the system of export and import licensing or Authorization, as well as measures on international transit, used by your Country for the transfer of all SALW.

There is no regulations and procedures used by Ethiopia to issue licensing or authorizing the export and import of SALW.

The sole import of firearms is the Federal Government of Ethiopia to be used by the law enforcement agencies hence there is no possibility the weapons reached their unintended destinations and recipients.
