Brokering

1. According to Georgia's Legislation, authority for weapons and ammunition trade is assigned to the persons, designated for specific entrepreneur activities, on the basis of license issued by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. The license is honored, if the facilities, where trade of weapons and ammunition is conducted, corresponds to the existing standards.

2. Individuals, conducting trade of weapons and ammunition, are expected:

a) To hold certificate of the materiel under realization;
b) To provide accountability of procured and realized materiel, as well as record keeping;
c) To conduct realization of materiel only to the properly authorized persons;
d) To conduct realization of the materiel, with the registration number and document proving compliance with State Standards;
e) Provide security of weapons and ammunition storage, and present sold weapons' projectile and casing samples to the respective agency, in compliance with Georgian Legislation;
f) To present data to authorized State authorities regarding realized materiel, as well as customers, on the monthly bases;
g) To provide proper security of the weapons and ammunition storage sites.
