According to the Georgian legislation, issues referred to in resolution 60/81 of UN [UNGA] are regulated by the following normative acts:
- Georgian law "On weapons";
- "On the control of export-import of armaments, military equipment and goods of dual-purpose use"; and
- several Decrees of the President of Georgia and Ministers.
