Article 236. Illicit Purchase, Keeping, Carrying, Production, Shipment, Transfer or Sale of Firearms (except hunting weapon having smoothbore barrel), Ammunition, Explosive Material or Explosive Device

1. Illicit purchase or keeping of firearms, ammunition, explosive material or explosive device, -
shall be punishable by fine or by restriction of freedom for up to a three-year term or by imprisonment for up to three years in length.

2. Illicit carrying of firearms, ammunition, explosive material or explosive device, -
shall be punishable by fine or by imprisomnent ranging from three to five years in length.
