Procedures to Maximize Transport Security

The transportation regulation book adopted by the Ministry of Defence provides the necessary security measures, which serve for maximizing the transportation security.

Always is [sic.] provided an armed escort up to platoon level.

In addition to the measures regarding special transportation trucks equipped with flags, covered with tents, warning signs, special driving license, there are some special training for the drivers.

Arms and ammunitions are transported separately in different vehicles. The weapons are partly disabled and working parts stored separately.

Furthermore, in compliance with the international standards, there are some other security measures, which could assist the development of the best practices such as: over flight control by helicopters and modern communication system.
