c. Legislation, regulation, administration procedures - Import

The law states that for anyone whether a company or individuals who want to import SALW, must submit a written application to the controller of Firearms for assessment. The application forms are completed.

An import permit is given after the Controller of Firearms is satisfied that there is a good reason for the issuance of an import permit.

Bills of entry are completed at the port of entry.
