A1. It's a criminal offence to manufacture, possess, stockpile and trade in SALW under the Firearms Act, the Anti - Terrorism Act and State Security Act.
A2. There has been no groups or individuals engaged in illegal manufacture, trade, stockpiling, transfer, possession, as well as financing for acquisition, of illicit SALW been identified, However, Firearms Act, is applicable for individuals dealing in illegal in SALW.
