Use of Weapons

Owners, possessors and users of service, hunting, sporting, training, award and collection weapons, as well as self-defence weapons, are obligated to use them in compliance with the intended use of the concrete type of weapon.

Those owners of firearms who are not members of the Hunting and Fishing Association of Moldova must not be present with the weapons (except the weapon for self-defence with short barrels) on hunting grounds (regardless of purpose and time).
