The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment is the national agency responsible for the issuing of military export authorisations for all military items listed in the Control of Exports Order, 2005. Exporters are obliged to complete a military export licence application form to be accompanied by either an International Import Certificate or an End Use Certificate.
