Section 23, 25-26 and Part II of the Firearms Act and the Firearms regulations Section 8 relate to the activities of dealers.
The legislation provides regulations for the provision of a Firearms Dealer's Licence, lays out the dealer's obligations in terms of registration of transactions and prohibitions which such a licence carries with it.
