Artículo 50

Los comerciantes únicamente podrán vender a particulares:

a) Hasta 500 cartuchos calibre 22.

b) Hasta 1,000 cartuchos para escopeta o de otros que se carguen con munición, nuevos o recargados, aunque sean de diferentes calibres.

c) Hasta 5 kilogramos de pólvora deportiva para recargar, enlatada o en cuñetes, y 1,000 piezas de cada uno de los elementos constitutivos de cartuchos para escopeta, o 100 balas o elementos constitutivos para cartuchos de las otras armas permitidas.

d) Hasta 200 cartuchos como máximo, para las otras armas permitidas.

El Reglamento de esta Ley, señalará los plazos para efectuar nuevas ventas a una misma persona.

Article 50

Dealers may only sell to individuals:

a) Up to 500 cartridges of .22 calibre.

b) Up to 1,000 cartridges for shotguns or other firearms that are loaded with ammunition, new or reloaded, even if of different calibres.

c) Up to 5 kilograms of gunpowder for reloading, canned or in containers, and 1,000 pieces of each of the constituent parts of shotgun cartridges, or 100 bullets or constituent elements for cartridges of other permitted arms.

d) Up to a maximum of 200 cartridges for any other permitted firearm.

This Act's Regulation shall identify timelines for carrying out new sales to the same person.
