15. Power of Taking the List of Arms or Ammunition

Government of Nepal may, by a Notification from time to time, give direction to the person having in his/her possession any arms or ammunition in any place as specified in the same Notification throughout Nepal to submit the list thereof to the prescribed authority.

After the publication of such Notification the concerned persons having in their possession such arms or ammunition shall submit the list as required by the prescribed authority and in case he/she wants to have a look at the arms or ammunition itself they shall show it.
