Punishment Provisions - Art. 55

2. Liable to a term of imprisonment of not more than nine months or a fine of the fourth category is:
a. a person who violates Article 9, para 1, Article 26, para 1, or Article 32, first or second section, and commits the offence with regard to a firearm of category III; or
b. a person who violates Article 14, para 1.
