Exemptions: Collection - Art. 4.1
Our Minister may grant exemption from provisions laid down by or under this Act, or, upon a request made to this end, grant dispensation for weapons or ammunition to be further defined, belonging to one of the following categories:
a. weapons that cannot be made suitable for use as weapon;
b. weapons characterized as antiques;
c. other weapons, as far as these are designed for or form part of a collection or wall decoration;
d. ammunition, as far as designed for or forming part of a collection;
instruments and objects for professional purposes;
sample, demonstration or test equipment and stage properties;
g. emergency signal devices and associated ammunition.
