Artigo 13. Deixar de observar as cautelas necessárias para impedir que menor de 18 (dezoito) anos ou pessoa portadora de deficiência mental se apodere de arma de fogo que esteja sob sua posse ou que seja de sua propriedade:

Pena – detenção, de 1 (um) a 2 (dois) anos, e multa.

Careless Handling or Storage of a Firearm

Article 13. Failure to observe the attention necessary to prevent an individual under the age of eighteen (18) years old, or a mentally incapacitated individual, to get hold of a firearm in his or her possession or pertaining to him or her:

Penalty - imprisonment, from one (1) to two (2) years, plus a fine.
