The number of export authorizations granted peaked at 20 in 2015 but fell to 11 by 2016. The number of realized export authorizations peaked at 17 in 2015 but fell to 8 in 2016 (25). The value of exports fell between 2012 and 2016, from USD 2,379,546 to USD 1,488,031, a reduction of USD 891,515 (37.5%).

There were no temporary exports from 2012 to 2016. The main destination countries for Albanian arms and ammunition exports between 2014 and 2016 were the Czech Republic, Austria and Bulgaria. In 2013 Montenegro was the sole destination, and in 2012, the USA, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic were the main destination countries.
