National Programme for the Voluntary Surrender of Firearms - new implementation period

A new term of execution of the National Programme for the Voluntary Surrender of Firearms, created by Law 26.216, extended by Decree 560, dated 3 April 2008, and by Laws 26.520, 26.644, 26.792 and 26.919, is hereby established as from 1 January 2016 and until 31 December 2017.
