Section 22

The President may at any time, by Proclamation, published in the Gazette prohibit dealing in any ammunition or warlike stores, either absolutely or subject to such restrictions, limitations and conditions as may be specified in such proclamation, and may also in such Proclamation declare the towns, places, districts or areas to which such Proclamation shall apply.
