Art. 16. Exceptional acquisition of several arms or several essential components of arms by means of a licence to acquire arms. (art. 9b, para. 2, Law on Arms)

1 The competent Cantonal authority can issue a licence giving the right to acquire no more than three arms or essential components of arms, if these are acquired simultaneously and from the same transferor.

2 The acquirer must attest to the acquisition of each arm or essential component of an arm by signing the licence.
