Art. 7b Prohibited forms of offering
1 The offering of arms, essential components of arms, specially designed components of arms, accessories of arms, ammunitions or components of ammunitions is prohibited if the competent authorities cannot identify the person who is offering them.
2 It is prohibited to offer arms, essential components of arms, specially designed components of arms, accessories of arms, ammunitions or components of ammunitions at exhibitions or markets accessible to the general public. Duly declared persons who offer these objects at public arms exchanges authorized by the competent authorities are an exception to this rule.
