33 § Kaupallinen tuontilupa

Luvan ampuma-aseiden, aseen osien, patruunoiden ja erityisen vaarallisten ammusten tuontiin Suomeen kaupallista tarkoitusta varten (kaupallinen tuontilupa) antaa ja peruuttaa Poliisihallitus. (26.6.2009/508)

Luvan antamisesta on voimassa, mitä 32 §:n 2 ja 3 momentissa säädetään.

Kaupallisen tuontiluvan haltijan on annettava tullilaitokselle selvitys siitä, onko tuotavat ampuma-aseet ja patruunat tarkastutettu niiden käyttöturvallisuuden toteamiseksi siten kuin 110 §:n 1 momentissa tarkoitetaan.

33 § Commercial import authorisation

Authorisation to import firearms, parts of firearms, cartridges and particularly dangerous ammunition into Finland for commercial purposes (commercial import permit) is granted and revoked by the Police Board. (26.6.2009/508)

The provisions of section 32(2) and (3) shall apply to the issue of the permit.

The holder of a commercial import permit shall provide the Customs with a statement as to whether the imported firearms and cartridges have been inspected to determine their safety for use as referred to in section 110(1).
