32 § Kaupallinen ennakkosuostumus

Ennakkosuostumuksen ampuma-aseiden, aseen osien, patruunoiden ja erityisen vaarallisten ammusten siirtoon Suomeen kaupallista tarkoitusta varten (kaupallinen ennakkosuostumus) antaa ja peruuttaa Poliisihallitus. (26.6.2009/508)

Ennakkosuostumus voidaan antaa ase-elinkeinonharjoittajalle, jolla on oikeus harjoittaa asealan elinkeinoa siirrettävillä ampuma-aseilla, aseen osilla, patruunoilla ja erityisen vaarallisilla ammuksilla. Ennakkosuostumuksen antamisen edellytyksenä on, ettei siirrosta aiheudu vaaraa yleisen järjestyksen ja turvallisuuden ylläpitämiselle.

Ennakkosuostumuksen antava viranomainen voi edellyttää loppukäyttäjätodistuksen esittämistä. Erityisen vaarallisesta ampuma-aseesta on aina esitettävä loppukäyttäjätodistus.

32 § Pre-authorisation for commercial purposes

Pre-authorisation for the transfer of firearms, parts of firearms, cartridges and particularly dangerous ammunition to Finland for commercial purposes (commercial pre-authorisation) shall be granted and withdrawn by the Police Board. (26.6.2009/508)

Pre-authorisation may be granted to an arms dealer who is authorised to carry on the arms trade with transferable firearms, parts of firearms, cartridges and particularly dangerous ammunition. The granting of prior authorisation shall be subject to the condition that the transfer does not pose a risk to public order and public security.

The issuing authority may require the presentation of an end-user certificate. An end-user certificate shall always be presented for particularly dangerous firearms.
