7. A kereskedelmi célból behozott, kivitt és átszállított lőfegyverekről az engedéllyel rendelkező a 16. számú mellékletben, az Egyesült Nemzeteknek a nemzetközi szervezett bűnözés elleni egyezményét kiegészítő, a tűzfegyverek, részeik, alkotóelemeik és a lőszerek tiltott gyártásáról és kereskedelméről szóló jegyzőkönyve (az ENSZ tűzfegyverekről szóló jegyzőkönyve). 10. cikkének végrehajtásáról, valamint a tűzfegyverek, tűzfegyverdarabok, alkotóelemeik és lőszereik kiviteli engedélyezési, behozatali és tranzit szabályainak létrehozásáról szóló, 2012. március 14-i, 258/2012/EU európai parlamenti és tanácsi rendeletben (a továbbiakban: 258/2012/EU rendelet) meghatározott kiviteli engedéllyel rendelkező a 24. számú melléklet I. pontjában meghatározott adatokat öt napon belül az Országos Rendőr-főkapitányságnak köteles bejelenteni.

7. For firearms imported, exported and transferred for commercial purposes, the holder of the licence shall be subject to the provisions of Annex 16 to the Protocol on the Prohibited Manufacture of and Trade in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UN Firearms Protocol). Article 10 and the prohibition and restriction of the use of firearms, their parts and components and export authorisation, import and transit regulations Regulation (EU) No 258/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2012 on the hereinafter referred to as "Regulation (EU) No 258/2012") to the the information specified in point I of Annex 24 within five days to the National Police Headquarters within five days.
