16. § Az adattovábbítási nyilvántartásból - ha törvény eltérően nem rendelkezik - az érintett jogosult megismerni, hogy adatszolgáltatás alanya volt-e.

17. § Az adattovábbítási nyilvántartásból adatigénylésre jogosultak az érintetten kívül a 6. § (1) bekezdésében felsoroltak.

18. § (1) Az adattovábbítási nyilvántartást az adattovábbítástól számított öt évig meg kell őrizni.
(2)4 A lőfegyver-kereskedő tevékenységének befejezésekor köteles a 12. § (2) bekezdésében és a 15. §-ban foglalt nyilvántartását az 5. § (1) bekezdésében meghatározott szervnek átadni.

16. Unless otherwise provided by law, the data subject shall have the right to know from the register of data transfers whether he or she has been the subject of a supply of data.

17. In addition to the data subject, the persons listed in Section 6 (1) shall be entitled to request data from the data transmission register.

18. (1) The data transmission register shall be kept for five years from the date of transmission.
(2)4 At the end of his activity, the dealer in firearms shall be obliged to comply with the provisions of Article 12 (2) (1) of Article 12(1) and Article 15 shall be kept in accordance with Article 5(1) to the body specified in Article 5(5).
