14. §2
(1) A 12. § (2) bekezdés a)-d) pontjában foglalt adatok igénylésére az 5. § (1) bekezdésében, illetve a 6. § (1) bekezdésében felsoroltak jogosultak.
(2) A 12. § (2) bekezdés e) pontjában foglalt adatok szolgáltatásának igénylésére
a) a Rendőrségről szóló 1994. évi XXXIV. törvény 7/E. § (1) bekezdésében meghatározott feladatainak ellátásához a terrorizmust elhárító szerv, valamint
b) az 5. § (1) bekezdésében, illetve a 6. § (1) bekezdésében felsoroltak jogosultak.
(3) A 12. § (2) bekezdése szerinti nyilvántartásból teljesített adatszolgáltatásról a lőfegyverkereskedő adattovábbítási nyilvántartást köteles vezetni.

14. §2
(1) For the request for the data referred to in points a) to d) of paragraph (2) of Article 12, the procedure provided for in Article 5 (1) paragraph 5(5) and paragraph 6(1).
(2) The following persons shall be entitled to request the provision of the data referred to in Article 12(2)(e)
a) in Section 7/E(1) of Act XXXIV of 1994 on the Police for the performance of its duties as defined in Section 7/E/E of the Act on the Prevention of Terrorism, and
b) the bodies listed in Article 5(1) and Article 6(1) shall be entitled to.
(3) On the provision of data from the register pursuant to Section 12 (2), the dealer in firearms shall keep a record of the transmission of data from the register.
