4/F. §3 Az 1. melléklet szerinti „C" kategóriába tartozó tűzfegyvert tartó személy vagy szervezet, illetve az ezek képviseletére jogosult köteles bejelenteni a rendőrség számára a tűzfegyverrel összefüggésben az e törvény alapján a lőfegyverek központi nyilvántartásában nyilvántartandó - általa a bejelentés megtételének az időpontjában ismert - adatokat.

§ 4/F3 The person or organisation holding a firearm of category C as defined in Annex 1, or the person authorised to represent them, shall notify the police of the information relating to the firearm which is to be recorded in the central register of firearms pursuant to this Act and which is known to them at the time of making the notification.
