§ 20. (1) Der Erwerb, der Besitz und das Führen von Schusswaffen der Kategorie B ist nur auf Grund einer behördlichen Bewilligung zulässig. Die Bewilligung zum Erwerb, Besitz und zum Führen dieser Waffen ist von der Behörde durch die Ausstellung eines Waffenpasses, die Bewilligung zum Erwerb und zum Besitz dieser Waffen ist von der Behörde durch die Ausstellung einer Waffenbesitzkarte, zu erteilen.
