42. Šaujamieroci, tā būtisko sastāvdaļu un lielas enerģijas pneimatisko ieroci, kā arī munīciju atļauts eksponēt izstādē uz noteiktu (izstādes) laiku. Eksponēšanas laikā šaušanai derīgi ieroči nav pielādēti un ir izvietoti atsevišķi no munīcijas. Ja tehniski iespējams, komersants nodrošina, lai no ieroča, to neatļauti pielādējot, nevarētu izšaut.

43. Izstādes vietā šaujamieroci, tā maināmās būtiskās sastāvdaļas, munīciju un lielas enerģijas pneimatisko ieroci izvieto apskatei, saslēdzot ieroci ar stendu (plauktu) vai novietojot aiz slēdzama stikla, kas pārklāts ar īpašu plēvi vai izgatavots no triecienizturīga materiāla, vai izmantojot citus līdzekļus, kas nodrošina aizsardzību pret ieroču un munīcijas nolaupīšanu.

44. Pēc eksponēšanas izstādē ieročus, to būtiskās sastāvdaļas un munīciju nogādā licencē norādītajā glabāšanas vietā.

42. It is permitted to exhibit a firearm, its essential components and a high-energy pneumatic weapon, as well as ammunition at an exhibition for a specified (exhibition) time. Weapons suitable for shooting are not loaded during the exhibition and are placed separately from the ammunition. If technically possible, the merchant shall ensure that the weapon cannot be fired without unauthorized loading.

43. At the exhibition site, a firearm, its replaceable essential components, ammunition and a high-energy pneumatic weapon shall be displayed for inspection by locking the weapon with a stand (shelf) or by placing it behind a lockable glass covered with a special film or made of impact-resistant material, or by other means provides protection against theft of weapons and ammunition.

44. After display at the exhibition, weapons, their essential components and ammunition shall be delivered to the storage place specified in the license.
