2.5. Ieroču, munīcijas, šaujampulvera un speciālo līdzekļu pārvadāšana, pārsūtīšana un eksponēšana izstādēs

36. Pārvadājot un pārsūtot ieročus, munīciju, šaujampulveri un speciālos līdzekļus, kā arī šaujamieroču sastāvdaļas un munīcijas sastāvdaļas, komersants nodrošina, lai tie nenokļūst nepiederošu personu rokās.

37. Šaujamieročus, šaujamieroču būtiskās sastāvdaļas, munīciju, pneimatiskos ieročus un gāzes ieročus, signālieročus pārvadā un pārsūta iesaiņotus. Pārvadāšanas un pārsūtīšanas laikā ieroči ir izlādēti.

38. Šaujampulveri komersants pārvadā atbilstoši normatīvajiem aktiem, kas reglamentē bīstamo kravu pārvadājumus.

39. Pārvadājot vai pārsūtot šaujamieročus, munīciju un to sastāvdaļas, kā arī lielas enerģijas pneimatiskos ieročus, to pavaddokumentos norāda visu ieroču un šaujamieroču sastāvdaļu veidu, kalibru un marķējumu, munīcijas daudzumu un kalibru.

2.5. Carriage, transfer and display of weapons, ammunition, gunpowder and special means at exhibitions

36. When transporting and transferring weapons, ammunition, gunpowder and special means, as well as components of firearms and components of ammunition, a merchant shall ensure that they do not fall into the hands of unauthorized persons.

37. Firearms, essential components of firearms, ammunition, pneumatic weapons and gas weapons, signal weapons shall be transported and transferred packaged. Weapons have been unloaded during transport and transfer.

38. A merchant shall transport gunpowder in accordance with regulatory enactments which regulate the transport of dangerous goods.

39. When transporting or transferring firearms, ammunition and components thereof, as well as high-energy pneumatic weapons, the type, calibre and marking of all weapons and components of firearms, the quantity and calibre of ammunition shall be indicated in the documents accompanying them.
