17. Glabātavā esošā šaujampulvera masa nepārsniedz 30 kilogramus. Šaujampulveri glabā rūpnieciskā iepakojumā un izvieto plauktos tā, lai samazinātu sprādzienbīstamības iespēju, nodrošinot, ka tas nenokļūst nepiederošas personas rokās. Šaujampulvera rūpnieciskos iesaiņojumus, bet kopā ne vairāk kā trīs kilogramus šaujampulvera var izvietot veikala tirdzniecības zālē, ievērojot šo noteikumu 9. punktā minētos nosacījumus.

17. The weight of gunpowder in storage shall not exceed 30 kilograms. Gunpowder shall be stored in industrial packaging and placed on shelves in such a way as to reduce the risk of explosion, ensuring that it does not fall into the wrong hands. Industrial packaging of gunpowder, but in total not more than three kilograms of gunpowder, may be placed in the sales hall of the store, observing the conditions referred to in Paragraph 9 of these Regulations .

20. If gunpowder is stored in a storage facility together with fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles, the safety distance shall be calculated taking into account the total mass of propellant of gunpowder, fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles.

21. Irrespective of the area of ​​the storage room where the gunpowder is stored, there shall be at least two portable fire extinguishers with a minimum capacity of six kilograms and one portable fire extinguisher with a minimum capacity of 20 kg.
