14. Ja ieroču komersants pārveido šaujamieroci, ieviešot tehniskas izmaiņas šaujamieroča būtiskajās sastāvdaļās vai ievietojot šaujamierocī jaunu būtisko sastāvdaļu tā, ka mainās ieroča tehniskā kategorija vai tehniskās kategorijas apakšgrupa, uz šaujamieroča būtiskās sastāvdaļas norāda komersanta nosaukumu vai zīmolu, ievērojot attiecīgi šo noteikumu 4. vai 5. punkta nosacījumus.
