Chapter 4: Criminal Offences Committed in Military Service

Section 346. Violation of Provisions Regarding Storage, Use, Accounting for and Transportation of Weapons, Ammunition, Explosive Substances, Radioactive and Other Dangerous Substances

(1) For a person who commits violation of provisions regarding storage, use, accounting for and transportation of weapons, ammunition, explosive substances, radioactive substances or other dangerous substances, goods or materials, the applicable sentence is deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding two years, or custodial arrest.

(2) For a person who commits the same offence, if serious consequences are caused hereby, the applicable sentence is deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding five years.
