63. Juridiskās personas šaujamieroču munīcijas uzskaites žurnālā norāda informāciju par munīcijas iegādi, veidu, kalibru, daudzumu, marķējumu un izlietojumu.

64. Juridiskās personas ieroču un šaujamieroču maināmo būtisko sastāvdaļu uzskaites žurnāls un šaujamieroču munīcijas uzskaites žurnāls ir caurauklots, ar numurētām lapām un apzīmogots ar juridiskās personas zīmogu un tās Valsts policijas struktūrvienības amatpersonas spiedogu, kurā ieroči reģistrēti. Ieroču un šaujamieroču maināmo būtisko sastāvdaļu uzskaites žurnālu un šaujamieroču munīcijas uzskaites žurnālu glabā ieroču glabātavā kopā ar ieroča glabāšanas atļauju.

65. Atbildīgā persona iegādātos šaujamieročus, salūtieročus (akustiskos ieročus) vai lielas enerģijas pneimatiskos ieročus pēc to iegādes vai ievešanas Latvijā Ieroču aprites likumā noteiktajā termiņā reģistrē tajā Valsts policijas struktūrvienībā, kura izsniegusi ieroča iegādāšanās atļauju.

63. Legal persons shall indicate in the firearms ammunition record book information regarding the acquisition, type, caliber, quantity, marking and use of ammunition.

64. The register of weapons and replaceable essential components of firearms of a legal person and the register of firearms ammunition shall be bound, numbered pages and stamped with the seal of the legal person and the seal of the official of the structural unit of the State Police in which the weapons are registered. The register of replaceable essential components of weapons and firearms and the register of firearms ammunition shall be kept in the weapons depot together with the weapon storage permit.

65. The responsible person shall register the purchased firearms, firearms (acoustic weapons) or high-energy pneumatic weapons after their acquisition or importation into Latvia within the term specified in the Arms Circulation Law in the structural unit of the State Police which has issued the weapon acquisition permit.
