Personal data of the person entering the records and the seller, the buyer, giving them for renovation, repair, alteration, marking, deprivation of performance or destruction, as well as the person authorized to collect the goods. the name and surname of a natural person or entrepreneur being a natural person or a company or name of an entrepreneur other than a natural person; the address of the habitual residence of the natural person or the entrepreneur being a natural person or the address of the seat of the entrepreneur other than the natural person;

Eg. name, caliber, type, serial number, year of production, date of purchase, date of withdrawal from the exploitation

7.5.2. How long does the government keep such records?

Records of SALW held by the Armed Forces have to be kept for 30 consecutive years following the last entering in the inventory.
