- Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10697: Annex 1 - List of Military Goods SALW items are being regulated by the Philippine National Police – Firearms and Explosives Office (PNP-FEO). The STMA, regulates the cross-border transfer of strategic goods and military goods that includes firearms.
