Article 23
The units and individuals to whom firearms are allocated shall keep them properly and safely.
The units to which firearms are allocated shall assign the responsibility of the control of the firearms to individuals and the firearms and ammunition shall be kept separately in strong and special facilities.
Strict rules shall be formulated for the registration, transfer, examination and maintenance of firearms allotted to individuals and they shall be taken back in time after use.
Effective measures shall be taken against theft, robbery, loss of firearms allotted to individuals and other accidents.
