Law on the Control of Arms and Ammunition (Ginklų ir šaudmenų kontrolės įstatymas, LCA): LCA lays down provisions of the classification of arms and ammunition into categories, consolidates the legal basis of the circulation of arms and ammunition and the control thereof, as well as establishes the rights and duties of entities whose activities are related with arms and ammunition.
