Miscellaneous provisions - Storage

§ 27 a. Firearms, firearm parts and ammunition shall be kept properly locked away. The King lays down more detailed rules concerning storage. Such rules can also apply to firearms, firearm parts and ammunition as mentioned in § 5.

The Police may, on the premises of persons with firearms, firearm parts and ammunition in their possession, inspect their storage. Such inspection on the premises of private individuals may only be carried out after prior notice has been given.
