Article 31-3
Persons who possess a handgun, etc. in violation of Article 3(1) shall be sentenced to imprisonment of more than one year and less than ten years.

2. Persons who engaged in activities in violation of provisions under the preceding paragraph and who stored, transported, or carried the handgun, etc. related to said violative activities along with ammunition compatible with said handgun, etc. or metal bullets that fit said handgun, etc. and gunpowder, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of a fixed sentence of more than three years.
