Except under one of the following circumstances, no person shall convey or lend a handgun, etc. (excluding firearms under Article 3(1)(6); same hereinafter in this Article and Article 3-10):
(1) where a person who possesses a handgun, etc., under Article 3(1)(2-2) conveys or loans said handgun, etc., pursuant to the person's duties, to a person who is entitled to possess said handgun, etc., under the same clause, or to a person who has received permission to possess said handgun, etc., under Article 4;
(2) where a person who possesses a handgun, etc., under Article 3(1)(3) conveys or loans said handgun, etc., to a person who is entitled to possess said handgun, etc., under clause 2-2 of the same paragraph or to a person who has received permission to possess said handgun, etc., under Article 4;
(3) where a person who possesses a handgun, etc. under Article 3(l)(7), conveys or loans said handgun, etc. for business purposes set forth in the same Article to a person who is entitled to possess said handgun, etc., under clause 2-2 of the same paragraph or to a person who has received permission to possess said handgun, etc., under Article 4.
