Articolo 5 Modifiche alla legge 18 aprile 1975, n. 110
1. Alla legge 18 aprile 1975, n. 110, sono apportate le seguenti modificazioni:
c) all'articolo 10 sono apportate le seguenti modificazioni:
1) al sesto comma, le parole: «è consentita nel numero di tre per le armi comuni da sparo e di sei per le armi di uso sportivo.» sono sostituite dalle seguenti: «è consentita nel numero di tre per le armi comuni da sparo e di dodici per le armi di uso sportivo.»;
2) dopo il nono comma è inserito il seguente: «Fermo restando il divieto di cui al nono comma, il titolare di licenza di collezione, in possesso della capacità di cui all'articolo 8, può trasportare le armi presso poligoni o campi di tiro autorizzati per effettuare prove di funzionamento delle medesime armi. Ai fini del presente comma, la prova di funzionamento può essere effettuata, per ciascuna arma con cadenza non inferiore a sei mesi e consiste nello sparo di un numero di colpi non superiore a 62. Il munizionamento acquistato per l'effettuazione della prova di funzionamento deve essere consumato dal titolare della collezione entro ventiquattro ore dall'acquisto.
Le violazioni alle disposizioni di cui al secondo e terzo periodo del presente comma sono punite con l'ammenda fino a 1.000 euro.»;

Legislative Decree No 104 of 10 August 2018
Article 5 Amendments to Law No. 110 of 18 April 1975.
1. The following amendments shall be made to Law No 110 of 18 April 1975:
(c) in Article 10, the following amendments shall be made:
1) in the sixth paragraph, the words: 'is allowed in the number of three for common firearms and six for weapons of sporting use.' shall be replaced by the following: 'is allowed in the number of three for common firearms and twelve for weapons of sporting use.'
2) the following paragraph shall be inserted after the ninth paragraph: "Without prejudice to the prohibition laid down in the ninth paragraph, the holder of a collection licence, in possession of the capacity referred to in Article 8, may transport the weapons to authorised shooting ranges or firing grounds for the purpose of testing the functioning of the same weapons. For the purposes of this paragraph, the function test may be carried out for each weapon at intervals of not less than six months and consists of firing a number of rounds not exceeding 62. Ammunition purchased for the purpose of the function test must be consumed by the owner of the collection within twenty-four hours of purchase.
Violations of the provisions of the second and third sentences of this paragraph shall be punished by a fine of up to 1,000 Euros."
