Articolo unico.
Per l'esercizio dello sport del tiro a volo è in facoltà del questore, ferma restando l'osservanza delle disposizioni contenute nel testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza approvato con regio
decreto 18 giugno 1931, n. 773, e successive modificazioni, rilasciare a chi ne faccia richiesta, qualora sia sprovvisto di licenza di porto d'armi lunghe da fuoco concessa ad altro titolo, apposita licenza che autorizza il porto delle armi lunghe da fuoco dal domicilio dell'interessato al campo di tiro e viceversa. Per il rilascio di detta licenza non si applicano le disposizioni di cui alla legge 2 agosto 1967, n. 799.
La validità della licenza è subordinata al pagamento della tassa annuale di concessione governativa di lire 5000. In caso di mancato pagamento si applicano le disposizioni di cui all'articolo 10 di testo unico approvato con decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 1 marzo 1961, n. 121 e successive modificazioni.

Articolo 4 Modifiche alla legge 18 giugno 1969, n. 323
1. Alla legge 18 giugno 1969, n. 323, il secondo comma dell'articolo unico, è sostituito dal seguente: «La licenza ha la durata di cinque anni dal giorno del rilascio e può essere revocata dal questore a norma delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza.».

Article 4 Amendments to Law No 323 of 18 June 1969
1. In Law No 323 of 18 June 1969, the second paragraph of the Sole Article shall be replaced by the following: "The licence shall have a duration of five years from the day of issue and may be revoked by the Questore in accordance with the laws of public security.".
