Articolo 1

1. Il presente decreto legislativo costituisce attuazione della direttiva del Consiglio delle Comunita' europee 91/477/CEE del 18 giugno 1991.

2. Le disposizioni del presente decreto legislativo si applicano alle armi da fuoco delle categorie B, C e D dell'allegato I della direttiva la cui detenzione e porto sono consentite nel territorio dello Stato.

Legislative Decree 30 December 1992 No 527

Article 1

1. The present legislative decree constitutes the implementation of the Directive of the Council of the European Communities 91/477/EEC of 18 June 1991.

2. The provisions of this legislative decree shall apply to firearms of categories B, C and D of Annex I of the Directive, the possession and carrying of which is allowed in the territory of the State.
