Article 9 : Nul ne peut acheter une arme à feu ou bénéficier par échange, don, héritage ou legs, s'il n'est titulaire d'une licence appelée «Autorisation d'achat d'arme à feu».
L'autorisation d'achat d'arme à feu est personnelle.

Article 10 : L'autorisation d'achat d'arme à feu est un document signé du Ministre de la Sécurité au profit d'une personne physique ou morale en vue de lui permettre d'acquérir une arme à feu.
L'autorisation d'achat d'arme à feu vaut permis d'importation.

Article 11 : L'obtention de l'autorisation d' achat d'arme à feu est conditionnée au dépôt d'un dossier de demande à l'adresse du Ministre de la Sécurité sous le couvert du service de police territorialement compétent ou de l'autorité administrative locale dans les localités où il n'existe pas de service de Police.

Article 9: No one may purchase a firearm or benefit from it by exchange, gift, or inheritance, if he/she does not hold a licence called "Authorization to Purchase Firearms". The firearm purchase authorization is personal.

Article 10: The firearm purchase authorization is a document signed by the Minister of Security for the benefit of a natural or legal person in order to allow him/her to to acquire a firearm. The firearm purchase authorization is equivalent to an import permit.

Article 11: Obtaining an authorization to purchase a firearm is conditional upon the submission of an application file to the Minister of Security under the cover of the territorially competent police department or the local administrative authority in localities where there is no police department.
