Article 81 (Keeping, etc. of Books)
(1) The books which a manufacturer and a sales agent of guns, swords, powders, injectors, electronic percussion locks and arbalests, a powders repository installer or powders user are subject to keep shall be as follows:
1. Production specifications of guns, swords, powders, injectors, electronic percussion locks and arbalests, and materials-use powders receipts and disbursements specifications for manufacturers;
2. Transfer and takeover specifications of guns, swords, powders, injectors, electronic percussion locks and arbalests for sales agents;
3. Powders delivery and storage books for powders repository installers and powders users; and
4. Modifying and repairing specifications of guns for persons who are engaged in the business of modifying and repairing guns.
(2) The books of paragraph (1) shall be kept for two years from the date of completion of the entry, respectively.
